FMCS Holiday Special: Tips from the Bargaining Table to the Dinner Table is a continuation of our previous webinar held in November 2022. You need not to have been present in November to attend this December webinar!

We often compare relationships at work to our relationships with our families. Sometimes we refer to our co-workers as our work family. What if we switched that around and thought – just for a moment – of our relatives as our home co-workers? Could what we have learned about leadership, problem-solving, and conflict management in collective bargaining possibly be useful at the dinner table? At Thanksgiving and other family gatherings? Come (or come back!) to an FMCS pre-holiday webinar to find out just how to approach those “difficult conversations” that you know are right around the corner.
